Making New Habits Stick

If you're trying to make a new habit stick, you might try out this habit tracking calendar idea I've been doing.

The idea is simple: just print out a monthly calendar, and write down if you did your habit that day.

I track 5 habits using this daily calendar:

  • Meditation
  • Gym
  • Gratitude Journaling
  • YouTube
  • No Alcohol

Note: tracking them every day doesn't mean I do them every day (ie I drink a few times a month, and I'll take 1 or 2 days off from the gym every week).

But now, a bit unexpectedly, this little highlighter has started to help me stay on track with my habits.
